The review process is double-blind; that is, Each paper is sent for analysis to at least 3 Reviewers. Each reviewer does not know who the manuscript author(s) is and the author(s) does not know who has reviewed the manuscript. Final decision of Acceptance or Rejection will be taken by the Editor in Chief based on common votes received from all the Reviewers.
