ABSTRACT

Many systemic conditions have eye manifestations which are often the earliest signs to give out such conditions. Xanthelasmas are such eye conditions that are commonly treated primarily as eye conditions; overlooking the systemic associations which are more life threatening. The aim of these reports is to highlight the systemic associations of ocular xanthelasmas and the management modalities of the condition.
