Mode of Payment
IJHMR Publication is a self supporting organization and does not receive funding from any
government institution/organization. Hence, the operation of the journal is solely financed by the publication fees of the authors.
The processing fee is in order to meet the expenses like Publication of manuscript, Review of manuscript, Courier Services,
Internet Services and many more. So, in order to get the cost of Publication, the author, Institution or agency pay a modest
fee to help cover the actual cost of the essential final step of publication.

Author Withdrawal Policy
- From time to time, an author wish to withdraw a manuscript after submitting it.
- Changing one’s mind is an author’s prerogative. And an author is free to withdraw an article at no charge – as long as it is withdrawn within a week of its original submission.
- After a week, there is a withdrawal fee. The reason for that? Once peer review is completed on that manuscript (which can often happen within a week), and it has been worked into a journal issue, we have incurred costs on our end that need to be reimbursed.
- The withdrawal fee is 90% of the original article processing fee.
- If you have concerns or questions about it, or we are late in paying, please contact us for further discussion. We welcome your input.
If any difficulty you can mail to: editor@ijhmr.com
